Livejournal resolution

My New Year resolution for Livejournal is to actually post! I won't try to stick to posting daily or at regular times, but I will try to actually post the bits and pieces that I keep meaning to instead of letting them fall by the wayside.

And the first one is a link about checklists. All right that doesn't seem the most exciting subject, even to a Myers-Briggs ISTJ type. But I think it's an interesting read, not just the concept of checklists for intensive care, but the story of the Flying Fortress as well.

Checklists are unglamourous, usually seen as needless bureaucracy by those who have to use them, so it's cheering to see them in a good light and saving lives.
